No-Hassle Return Policy

If you are unhappy with your order, please return it to us within 30 days for a prompt refund. For any questions or concerns, please use our Contact Us page, and we will be happy to assist you right away.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, undamaged and in its original packaging.

We encourage you to use a service with tracking/delivery confirmation.

Please note that we are unable to cover the cost of return shipping. A 10% restocking fee may apply to returns at our discretion (only under extreme circumstances). 

Did your item arrive damaged?

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us within 5 days of delivery if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

To help us expedite the process, please provide an explanation of how the item arrived, describe the damage, and include a picture of the damaged product or packaging.
